At NVIDIA GTC 2025, Hitachi Vantara needed more than a booth—they needed a destination. Designed and produced in collaboration with INVNT, the Hitachi Vantara Workstation & Café was built to spark curiosity, fuel meaningful conversations, and translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business value. The experience blended coffee culture with content, encouraging guests to linger, learn, and engage through hands-on touchpoints. From the “Data Chaos to Clarity” game to expert-led passport activations and curated product demos, the activation was designed to deepen understanding while driving pipeline and brand awareness. Working closely with multiple stakeholders—including Hitachi’s global marketing and design teams, NVIDIA, and local permitting bodies—we curated every element with strategic precision to ensure attendees didn’t just pass through—they stayed.
Impact
The impact was undeniable. The café generated 904 attendee scans, 17 high-priority account meetings, and over 85,000 social media views within a week. With a 6.3% engagement rate—117% above industry benchmarks—Hitachi Vantara earned the top-performing Instagram content across all of NVIDIA GTC. The passport activation and SME-led conversations added depth to the visitor journey, while third-party media coverage in outlets like the BBC, insideHPC, and BizTech amplified the message even further. Ultimately, this was more than an event—it was a content engine, a lead-generation tool, and a story-driven platform proving that AI isn’t just hype, it’s ROI in action.
